I've been working quite a bit lately, getting home late and not having time for exercise because of it...on top of which, i'm not sure if it's my metabolism speeding up or what, but I've been ravenous the last few days. Which is where the problems come in. I've been sating cravings with bad things like Christmas cookies, peanut butter and cheese....
so I guess it's time to get that stuff out of my apartment and start to stock up on things better suited for healthy snacking. I've started by not picking up a new jar of peanut butter.
