I didn't do so well yesterday though I had a feeling that would be the case. Took to family to an Italian restaraunt last night and even though everything I ate (lamb shank, salad, wine, etc) only came to 85% at the end of the day, the one piece of homemade apple pie took me to 104%.....doh! Oh well, plenty of opportunitiy to make up for it today.
