Happy Sunday to one and all. I am having a great day! I'm thinking that perhaps those endorphins i hear so much about that you're supposed to get after you exercise are starting to happen for me. Usually, i'm knocked out after a workout.
My hip is feeling okay after a 30 min workout on the treadmill. There was a little pain during the walk, but i motored past it. I didn't do any tricks though while walking (inclining or speeding up); i just kept it simple.
Okay, so now that i've reached my first goal, I set my second one to reach 350 lbs. and, i've figured out what i want my reward to be. I'm gonna get a new purse. It's been awhile since i've bought one. Let's see the last one was about two years ago. I'll go through the ones i have first and donate the one or two ones i'm tired of f to Good Will, of course. At one time, i was a purse buying fool so i have a few to go through. Nothing too expensive, though. Oh maybe a new Mishi outer shell for the one i already have. that'd be good. and maybe in a color i never buy like Yellow or Purple. I never buy those colors. It'd be kinda cool to have a bright, sunny yellow handbag for this winter that's coming. I'm optimistic and hoping that i loose this next 30 lbs in 2 to 3 months.
I'm gonna go internet window shopping for my earrings today. I want to post a pick of me in them up here soon. I finally figured out how to get my photo off my email. Now i just need to get it posted up here on my profile so you have something to compare the new photo to....
...okay, that was weird. As i was typing this, my Talking book recorder turns on by itself in the bedroom next door. Now it happened earlier and i thought it was Ozzy, my cat's, doing. But this time, he was in the livingroom. Hmmmmm. Little freaky, that.
I always want to make my rewards something frivolous, personal, size independent and just for me. My ultimate reward for when i hit my final goal is....(drum roll, please)....Dreadlocks! I know, it sounds weird, but i've always wanted dreads. I mean, i've done just about everything else to my hair i can think of so why not? Well that's the plan...for now, anyway.
