Carb loaded a bit yesterday with the brown rice. Dinner was huge (in volume). I did a lot better with sodium (1990 vs 3600). Macros weren't bad either 45-35-20. Water fasting until lunch (not hungry anyway) and planning to abstain from starchy carbs today and tomorrow.

BF %: 16.5% on 11/22 (Goal is 10%)
Pushups: 55 this morning focusing on form. Took 2 breaks while holding position.(Goal is 100)
Cardio: None
Fasting: Broke fast at 8:30 am

Cut Plan:
Resistance Training: 60 push-ups tomorrow. ??? Want to add something else. Something focusing on shoulders more.
Fasting: Stick with lean means and fibrous veggies today.
Weight: finish cut by end of year.
Exercise: 30 min on Tuesday.

Add dips in December probably.
