Soo.. I was hanging onto the wagon this morning with only a foot... Felt like I started to derail yesterday about 2 pm. Derail I did.
NOT wanting to dwell.. so: Even thought I didn't want to, I still pushed through and got all my pushups in this morning! Instead of skipping breakfast and fasting to try to make up for yesterday, I am sticking to the course! Breakfast down and exactly where I want it to be. The house is getting FINALLY really organized and looks phenomenal. It's a good day.
Actual: Waist Measure: 32.75" on 11/29 (Goal is 32") BF %: 15.5% on 11/29 (Goal is 10%) Pushups: 75 this morning. (2) 10 sec knee down breaks. I lasted until 50 before first break! (Goal is 100) Cardio: None (unless you count 4 hours of on your feet house cleaning) Fasting: Broke fast at 6 am... a.k.a. "breakfast" :)
Cut Plan: Resistance Training: NO REST WEEKEND. I'm not going for 80 tomorrow. Instead I'm getting my chest lower and seeing how many I can go. **planning to add planks and the partial pull ups hanging from my dip bars. WOE: Trying not to snack. Weight: finish cut by end of year. Exercise: honestly.. probably won't get anything in until Sunday.

Great job getting yourself to do the push-ups! Some people might start getting slack and then drop off of their fitness regimen completely (sadly, I'm like that with toothbrushing sometimes!), but you're keeping at it! Good for you! :D
