well, considering that i haven't had my proper exercise this past two weeks or so and i'm currently holding cycle water weight; i think i've done okay with the little bit of weight i'm showing right now. I'm just glad it is just water weight, though. There were a few days when i really went off eating plan and splurged a bit. so far so good. weighing in again in two more weeks so things should look allot better. expecially since i'll be back on exercise regimen.
