Hubby's sleeping and I'm bored sooooo......I exercised!!! Who woulda thought you could do so much with a THIGHMASTER? LOL I can feel it in my biceps right now but I can only do 40 "curls" so far. I'm up to 100 thigh squeezes, broken in 2 by something that makes the back of my arms burn ( what's that muscle) 30 each arm. I can do a 20 second plank but it gets a little shaky at the end. I tried side leg lifts but my back doesn't like the floor with that motion. I have the exercise bands too but will have to find them. I REALLY want to be as close to 120lb by next Halloween as possible, in good shape. It's our 5th wedding anniversary and we're renewing our vows 😊
