Starting back on low carb today, got to get the extra 10 lbs from holiday off and then focus on getting the other 25 lbs. off! Such a hard battle!!!

Weight training, eat unprocessed foods, and pay attention to the journaling. Carbs won't kill you if you eat the right ones. I once met a trainer who said a calorie is a calorie but I've since dismissed that as bad thinking. You can get a ton of nutrition from the right calories and absolutely none from some others. How is that the same? Soldier on.
