You crack me up!! Well done! I feel like I was hanging in suspense forever this morning ... going from the first photo to the next. I take it is good enough for peanut butter and jelly. What else ya got? I got up this morning and you had already made avocado bread, pizza, and a microwave bread. You were on a mission. LOL!

Cool! I finally bought some finely ground almond meal and it does make a big difference in texture. Doubt any of these will ever be light and fluffy like real bread. There may still be one out there.

I made a similar recipe (MIM) that I got from one of the "Low Carb with Friends" books and I got the same results. It made a Roll for one hamburger or a sandwich in a coffee mug. I thought it was dry, too.
