How do I jumpstart this to make my weight go down some? I am on my plan and in a caloric deficit for weight loss.

How long have you been steady? Your body might just be in a phase, is there something you can drop out of your diet or an exercise that you could start doing that you haven't been? Enough to kick start it again?
