First weigh in of the new year. I don't want to be one of those people that diets every year, fails, and restarts. But I was turning into that guy. Time to put the breaks on. I was doing alright and haven't put any weight back on in the last 9 months. I have lost 5 pounds, which isn't awesome, but at least I'm not yo-yoing. My plan now is to plan all my food, enter my calories, and drop about 2 lbs a week. At least until I get down to about 250. Then I can slow it down a little, going for about 1.5 a week. Once I get to 235 I can drop it to a pound a week.
