OMG...totally blew it tonight! Had a board meeting for my nonprofit parents group and, of course, there were snacks and I didn't resist. Chocolate chip cookies and hummus....aaarrrggghhh. I can only hope that I didn't gain weight and I know for sure there will be no weight lost. Tomorrow is another day...and boy will I be hungry :-)
