I LIVE!!!!!
Okay, so first I apologize for dropping out of sight for so long. Apart from the fact that I've been working like a dog around my yard, my body is beginning to rebel against me. Okay, TMI for the queasy, but has anyone else had some pretty odd bowels movements while making their diets more robust? Either I ate something that died last year or I'm being punished for watching sports - baseball to be specific.
My weight loss is dinking & dunking its way to my goal. My smaller clothes don't fit that well anymore - they're getting to big for me! Very cool!
So I'm back and I hope everyone is doing well.
