It's ok Dawnie, at least you're aware that your eating pattern is not ideal. Auto-discipline is really the most important factor. Try to be mindful of every bite you take and every food you eat. Ask yourself each time what the trade-off between eating it and not eating it is. Once you change the way you feel about your body (I like to imagine my body is like an exotic racecar) and that the food eat eat is like fuel to keep yourself running optimally (i.e. premium gas) than you'll start treating yourself better; This is the only body you'll ever have, so you'll want to take care of it and make sure it's in good health for a long, long time.
