It has been a busy couple of days running back and forth to the city to see my BIL in the hospital. He will go to his daughter's house and begin hospice care on Monday. Meals have been mostly in the evening after getting home from the city. Didn't do too bad, over on carbs today. I bought imitation crab meat and didn't think to look at the label. I should know better. That threw me over the 20 net carbs I try to limit daily. Drove home in some snow flurries. No problems, and it is always so pretty. Dislike the cold however. Have a great Sunday my buddies.

I went back over your journal entries to find the posts about your BIL. October to January is not much time to adjust to losing someone. I know there is so much anxiety, anger, hope, fear, waiting. Praying he will have a peaceful time at his daughter's home, and good care.
