I'm a little sore today. I did Week 2 of "Couch to 5K" yesterday, and again today, and I'll do my last go on Saturday afternoon. I warmed up with a half hour of yoga this morning, focusing on my hips. (Always a problem, those tight, tight hips!) Later this afternoon, I'm going ice skating with some of my work friends. We're all laid off til the end of February, and I just thought this would be a fun night out. Especially since it's only 0 Celcius outside! And it's usually -2, or colder!
Tomorrow I have another full day. Some yoga, some cardio. A night out at a show, followed by karaoke for a friend's birthday. A night at the bar will be the hardest part of the week to get around. It's difficult NOT to have a few drinks if you're going to make a fool of yourself singing ABBA songs!
