Finally took off 3.5 pounds yesterday (all water I am sure) sticking to my diet foods. I have not cheated for 3 weeks today!
Will shop today for 2 weeks of meals that seems to work well. Less choices to mess you up.
Back to the gym tomorrow and the official weight in for the week.
