Today I am back on my bread making with a batch of rolls in process . Up until last week I had baked every loaf we had eaten at home since last April, that's 123 loaves in total. Once I calculated the calories from my daily toast butter and marmalade I had to change my breakfast completely. Bread making is now restricted to a one loaf a week.
This mornings weigh in revealed another half kilo loss

I may treat myself to a bacon bap for lunch.
