So I went to the gym today, looking forward to getting on the scale. The scale said I had gained a pound!! Then I got back on it because I just could not believe it, and it said I had lost 11lbs!! Then I got back on it and it said I had lost 2lbs. Obviously, this scale wasn't very reliable. After being depressed and worked-off my frustration on the treadmill, I went to Bed Bath and Beyond and bought a digital scale, brought it home and weighed myself after lunch. Maybe not the best idea but I just needed to know . . . and long and behold, there it was . . . my weight has gone no where in two weeks!! I will report back in two weeks. :-(

The important thing is to not be discouraged. Yeah, I know that is sooo hard. But, you can do this! Believe in yourself, work hard and it WILL come off!!!! I hope you have a productive next 2 weeks :)
