Okay, I'm already making excuses for not walking 10k steps yesterday. It was raining really hard, non-stop, all day. I couldn't even walk the dog. I did go to a local store and walk around just for the exercise, but it wasn't nearly enough. No excuses today!

Thanks for your support. The diet aspect of the day went fine. I weigh on Wednesdays & I'm really hoping for some positive support from the scale.
