Well congratulations, I did not know. Good luck to you. I am recovering from total knee replacement. Soon I will be out walking & seeing my weight numbers decrease.

Sorry I'm not in class but I'm really using all the tools I was taught by my awesome dieticians & weight management team. These are a permanent part of my life even though I slipped after surgery and picked up weight. I am determined to use my tools and get to my goal weight. Thanks for keeping in touch Tara.
