After such struggle losing weight. I gave up. But I was trying to lose while eating things which was hindering my efforts. Diet food (Àtkins products) diet soda, artificial sweeteners, baking delicious diet desserts with those sweeteners. I struggled for 18 long months then gave up.
I turned to intermittent fasting. I tried all the various forms of fasting thinking if I didn't eat I would lose for sure. I did that for two years. Then I discovered one meal a day or OMAD. Still again I didn't lose. But I didn't give up. I went back to LCHF using KETO a ketogenic diet.
From not losing and regaining 30 lbs I have FINALLY found what my body responds to. Since I've started OMAD & KETO As of today I've lost 17 lbs. I started mid January. On average I lose , almost daily, (some days no loss, some days a few lbs gain) I lose 2 to 4 ounces. Almost daily.
I cannot express how very excited I feel. Finally, finally something is working.
