I have been reading a book called "naturally thin" by Bethenny Frankel (she comes in Real housewives of NY) and I have to say that I find a lot of her advice quite useful ! It came in particularly handy today at a restaurant. Today, we went out with some friends for dinner and I followed her advice and ate a salad and a small pita wrap and just tasted bites of "decadent" food such as mac and cheese and sweet potato fries (just had a couple of fries!) In the end, I was so pleased with myself for not having over-indulged in the wrong kinds of food, while at the same time tasting everything I wanted ! Thank you Bethenny!
