Today I had a little job driving some car parts from Oxford to Droitwich. There was a stressy beginning as my sat nav failed to start and when I went to print a map internet stopped working. I only bought a new sat nav yesterday I was livid. Fortunately It was just a flat battery issue and started itself just before things got really bad. I absolutely hate being late!! Anyway when I I arrived at the pick up 7 mins late I was told - "You'll have to wait we are not ready" - that took an hour to sort. After that things got better and the sun came out
In the afternoon I loaded large kitchen from Wantage for delivery by me on Monday. There was a fair bit of manual handling - Needed because my usual game of squash is not happening and we are Pubbing instead.
I have four beers allocated that should still keep me under 1800 cals and 100g carbs for the day.
Fair enough for once a week extra carbs I reckon.

I noticed though that the hobgoblin on the foods log has no carbs on it -Shame it's not true I was tempted to cheat!
