I went grocery shopping on Monday and yesterday I stuck to my calories and saw a drop this morning! It felt good but I didn't feel as slim and I think it's because I did not have time to do my exercises last night. I will definitely make time to do them today! Wedding dress shopping Friday and a lifetime of health and happiness to prepare for :) I hope everyone is doing well, I know I am loving this new found motivation <3 I have missed it!! :)
