Another day. I'm doing well sticking to the ~1600, though usually under it, but haven't really started exercising yet. I have 28 steps in my home that I am up and down 10x a day at the very least, especially the 14 from upstairs (in my homeschool room) as I use the bathroom a hundred times a day it seems, so those 14 steps are up and down for me all day. I try to run up them each time(not good to do down, not young anymore). Once warm weather hits I will begin walking our hills around the neighborhood and believe me, any way I walk it is hilly, which is great! One day at a time, it's a lifestyle change.
