I will be turning the big 4-oh S**t later this year and I need to lose some tonnage. Starting with calorie counting and moving towards exercise and calorie counting. I need to keep myself accountable to more people than just myself. My wife and I are on this journey together. So far I think the calorie counter gives me more calories than I think I should take in.
