I am getting scarily close to goal. (Do bells and sirens go off here when that happens????)I searched for people on this site who have reached goal and haven't found anyone--am I missing something? Not sure what i will add back once I get there. I assume I will go verrrrrrrrrrrrrry slowly below goal (which was set quite reasonable)by adding some foods--I'm just not sure which. I don't want to begin craving again. I don't want the 'adding' to be impulse driven since I've done such a great job at controlling impulse eating. I feel so very fortunate to be in this place!
I ordered jeans and a jacket through a catalogue--size 10--fit beautifully! Jeans!!!!! It has been years since I've bought jeans at all let alone through a catalogue.
