Moving along well with the diet.

Had a friend come in bummed out because he was back up to 258 pounds. Said Weight Watchers did not work for him. I asked about what he was doing..... counting the points up or some crap like that......

Told him no matter what is said a diet without a vigirous exercise program will always fail, a diet plan that is commercially packaged will always fail.......

Told him he needed to change his life it is the only thing that will work forever. You cannot think you will eat the numbers thing until you reach a target weight and then go back to what you were doing and expect to stay fit!

I hate the number of commercial companies out there selling stupid programs with foods that are not a lifetime, lifestyle answer...
