The gain is unsurprising, and I'm hoping/planning to do better this week. Ended up working from home the day we had the massive snowstorm, and thus missed the gym (though I did shovel the driveway). I missed the gym Friday because I went straight from work to a girlfriend's house for the weekend.
We spent the weekend together at Cleveland ComicCon, so my eating habits were way off kilter (skipped breakfast both days, had a burger and fries for dinner Saturday, a hot dog and pizza Sunday). Silver lining - I got in between six and seven thousand steps each day.
Hit the gym today - intending to get at least five days in this week.
