Well, starting over again. I feel something inside me this time. Perhaps it will take.
You see, the thing is, I have an entire wardrobe waiting for me. And not only that, I have this image in my mid (and always have) of what my body is supposed to look like.
And it's amazing.
Here we go. Trying again.

I figure it the same way; as long as we keep trying (after a fall) eventually something will click. I think having that picture in mind of how you ought to look is almost essential. I also imagine how my body feels at a lower weight. Imagery can draw you to your goals, or conversely, can keep you stuck!
