Fell off the wagon for three days. I Was on vacation and totally blew it! I think I gained a couple of pounds, but hopefully the damage isn't too bad and I can just get back on track. In the past if this happened I would just give up, but now I realize that having a lapse does not mean I can't just pick up where Ileft off. Gotta get back on the horse!
