Ugh! It's not too surprising, just sad. I have been eating like crap.
Today is the first day. No worries about the past. I'm making plans to get back to a healthier lifestyle. I tried IF, but that only works if you continue to do it, which I found difficult. I just need to be mindful of what I eat, not just for a day here or there, but every single day.
So, of course, today is the pizza fundraiser for the kids' band... 😕
