Today was a great day, i planned my food. Even switched somethings around. I find that if I can eat something small every few hours I feel less hungry and I'm not inclined to eat bad food.

Its hard because I go to work, then school, then exercise without going home. So I have to take everything that I am going to eat in the day with me. It's like my portable stomache. LOL. If I keep that in check, maybe my actual gut will bee too. I'm not sure, I'm trying it out. ARGHHH
