Woke at 205.6, down 3.4 from yesterday when I ate a large late lunch and then had a little beer and wine for dinner as a friend came over and I just didn't get around to eating! UPDATE: Ate a full calorie load today and pretty much nailed my macro and calorie targets. Got my five miles in, too, for the first time in several days. The Skinny Gut products Mom2Boxers recommended are working perfectly.
