Went to Dunkin Donuts with my shopping group yesterday and only coffee for me! Winner! Had 3 fried chicken gizzards, broccoli, and side salad with ranch for lunch, and beef jerky for dinner. Good day! Then snacked on club crackers and peanut butter. Dang, ruined a perfectly good day. What was I thinking? Today I am fasting until after 6 tonight. Then only dinner and NO SNACKS!!

Snacks are killers! A lot of early programming has to be broken to be successful. The rationale of, "I've been a good girl all day, so I *deserve* a treat..." just doesn't work!

Congrats on your resolve at DD...I have thought for many years....crackers are a very "sneaky" food...in calories AND regarding portion control...keep on keeping on,Buddy!!!!
