Oops,too busy with excel spreadsheets this morning. Somehow I missed eating breakfast today. So my lunch is huge. But I'm happy with working in half of my days fiber. Hopefully I can balance it all out with dinner.

Funny, I have done that...started working in the morning and late in the AM figuring out I haven't eaten yet. I don't know about you, but I am finding I don't have nearly the appetite I used to have - which is wonderful!!! :-)
