Had a long day & late night yesterday, so I was so close to stuffing myself, managed to eat animal crackers that gave me some satisfaction to chew, but it was so hard not to eat a meal, & all this at 1:00 am. I also drank about 44 oz of water to fool myself into thinking I was full. That trick seemed to work.
Well, today my co-workers are telling me that they really can see the difference. I gave another pair of pants away. I'm happy to get to wear some of my new size clothes, too.
