I don't even know where to start here.
I failed. I stopped watching what I eat and have managed to put on almost everything that I lost last year. I am here in Florida on vacation and realized how uncomfortable I am in my own body. I have almost no stamina or energy.
Apparently, I just don't learn lessons very well. I need to start over again and regain my focus.
UUUGGGHHH...No one to blame but myself.
