Great day today! Just actually had time to sit down. I worked til 11:30, came home and cooked lunch (healthy for the hubby and me), chilled at home til 1:30, took baby to the doctor for 3 year old check up, he got a chicken pox shot (poor baby-but took it like a man!), then off to the mall to walk (indoors since it is a little cool) hubby got a nonfat smoothie (I wasn't so trusting and didn't want to blow the old diet, lol), priced some protein, window shopped after our walk, then back home to cook healthy dinner for us both. Then friends called and asked if I was still going to walk at 5:00, I said "wow, didn't know anyone was actually gonna keep up with this and I will be a little late, but I will be there". So I cooked and speed ate a turkey burger, 2nd turkey burger patty only, then gulped down 24 oz of water and took off to the park. Then I power power walked for 20 minutes, then back home to work out on weights with hubby for 20 minutes. Then we updated our food and exercise diaries, I brushed the dog (more another day cuz my back was killing me after an hour of that-she is long haired!), and now I am journaling! What a day!

Hey K! Good for you! Keep up the good work and yes...i so totally agree, without Jehovah's help, we couldn't do anything of our own initiative. He is so loving and awesome. I do know that we probably will have chocolate, wine and coffee in the Paradise...since these are all natural and soooo good for us!
