Yesterday (Sat) was a weird day for me. I was helping friends move most of the day, plus took my car in for new brakes, plus ran the high school girls up to church. Lots of driving and lots of moving activities (which I recorded as housework and walking for lack of a better category of exercise). Bad news is I was so busy I had trouble eating and getting my water in. Loser on the water. Drove through Jack-in-the-Crack about 2pm for lunch and got a grilled deli sandwich - no sauce - and only ate half. Ended up eating the other half as my dinner ... in the car ... on the way back to the house to shower and dress for church. Then ended up eating the chips and dip they had at Bible study class. Felt guilty about it, but once I added it in my food diary I don't feel so bad! Not quality, but not too much quantity either.

Yeah, and today's Super Bowl ...........
