I just had a great reminder from a friend. I have to keep the carbs extremely low to lose weight. I am still too high today, but improving. Calorie Breakdown:
Carbohydrate (5%)
Fat (78%)
Protein (17%)

How many grams of protein are you getting on average in a day Farm gal? And are you getting at least 64 oz of NON caffeinated fluid? The guidelines the bariatric surgeon set up for us insisted on 50-70g of protein on the average per day. He didn't care about fats, but wanted sugars below 12g per meal. The big thing he really stressed was that protein and fluid though. And the fats will help you not feel hungry. Hitting yourself with sugar or carbs once you are in ketosis though will make you feel crappy.
