It's been a good week, had my Older (already retired) brother around, he's really funny and gets me moving. He's very out-doorsy and loves all types of exercise. We had a great time and he ate "caveman" with me (I follow a Keto WOE). It was really fun! We played one of the weirdest, dysfunctional games of tennis!! It was also eye opening. I realized I don't have a lot of fun - I work, clean, cook, shop, exercise and take care of people - I have things to do! Fun doesn't usually factor in there. My Mom also surprised me and told me that she had an appointment Wed, so I took off work. Turned out she signed us up for a bus trip to the new MGM casino. I'm not much of a gambler, like people watching more, hit "Max bet" instead of spin (shocker wasn't paying attention) and thought oh well. I won $1,000 - yippie!! Since Mom arranged and paid for everything we split my win. On top of all that lost weight too, great week!!! :-) I wish all of you a week like this!!!!!!
