Well, yesterday I went totally off the rails. I stress ate big time. Pulled my hip/back weeding - yes just weeding! I am so old it's ridiculous, after all the yoga and exercise I've been doing I figured it would be easy and take no time - wrong!! So for the last 3 days I have been completely annoyed by my body. Then yesterday, he wasn't injured - nobody was, but my husband got into a car accident. My oldest friend has pneumonia and our trip might be off, I've been waiting to go for months, we were both looking forward to going on a vacation together. Then on top of that my Mom (on oxygen) is coming down with a cold, which makes it harder for her to breath. Which stresses me out big time. Since I was a (weird) kid, my favorite sandwich was PB&J on rye toast - yeah I know! However, all the ingredients were there and I gave in, I'm so annoyed at my weakness in both mind and body. This is not going to be a good weigh in this weekend. I mentally slapped myself and am back on track today. Pssst, don't tell, but I totally enjoyed my first real bread sandwich in 5 months. :-)

Mae, you had your comfort, and you stopped, deep breath, count to ten,,now twenty...or was that 100? 🤔Go back to the way you want to eat and make alternative plans for things one at a time. Maybe try meditation at www.insighttimer.com
