Well I've been hiding from posting as I am up a few pounds, I think I will be back down where I was by Sunday, so I will post a holding steady weight then. I don't think I will hit my goal weight by Dec 7, which was goal date. I will have to settle for having lost ~70 lbs since last seeing my Dr, not 80.
