Despite only having gained 4 lbs on the scale over the winter/spring,I feel like I'm 10 lbs overweight. I must have gained bulk from increasing my usual resistance weight to 50lbs last November because my t-shirts are a little too snug for my taste. I'm feeling listless and out of shape. Only biked 5.5 miles today, but felt a little winded. May be because I feel a little allergic and the humidity was up--regardless, it was unpleasant.

Going to reduce carb intake to 60g or less for a few weeks and knock the resistance weight back down to 40lbs to see if things improve. Also going to get back up to 12-14mi biking per day now that the weather is clement. May be just getting older requires a lower weight goal too.
