today im starting a new me im going to do good on my diet. going to eat more veggies and more fruit. and im going to exercise every day starting out with 15 min then i will progress up i want to lose at least 20lbs by my birthday so i got 4 months so lets do this

So, 20 lbs by your birthday in June? Sounds like an excellent plan... I think I might join you on that exact walk! You can do this!! I will comment though, saying 15 minutes a day might be hard to start, because if you miss a day you may feel disappointed in yourself. I found that I did best when I started with I'll work out 15 minutes a day, 3 times a week so one bad day didn't sabotage my week. And as I got better and more fit, I gradually increased it to 30 minutes 3 times a week and eventually up to an hour every day.

I think that seems reasonable and you can do it! Just take one day at a time and before you know it, you'll be there.

Actually by July. I looked at another site about my RDI and found out the one on this site is a little of so I lowered my calorie intake to 1300calls a day

If I can suggest something, make sure you're not eating too little. 1300 is low and making a big drop like that can make your body retain weight. Also, if you drop weight too quickly, it is easier to regain the weight when you start eating ”normal”. Ultimately, you know your body but you should never eat below 1200, so you don't have a lot of room to move forward. P.S.
