My original thougjt was on starting the south beach diet today mon 11/26 but after thinking it on saturday i thought "why leave something for sunday when you can do it today" so i did! and i am soo glad that i did!!! i feel increidable and with the south beach diet i don't feel bloated (all those carbs) hehehe anywyas, i did lose weight and that's another plus!!! I cant wait to buy new clothes!!! maybe a couple sizes down?
