I think the bread is too much :(. They're like 60 calories per slice and don't do much even though it is wheat bread. But The veggies and meat look awesome and your portions are down pat, lady ;)

New here but as a dr. I have to say that unless you have celiac you need your grains.So well done on the bread. I would check ones with the highest values sunshine!

The mystery meat is the grilled chicken breast and the bread is called life natures own and it is wheat bread and 40 cal a slice

In reality, complex carbs are needed in everyday meals. Without carbs, your brain will actually begin to shrink, this is because carbs are the only energy source your brain can take in. Complex carbs-such as whole wheat/whole grain foods are the best, along with fruits. Just saying.

Well, Keegers. When your body doesn't have enough complex carbs to break down, you go into a state called ketosis which is essentially the body using fat stores for energy. Your brain can use that energy just fine. If your brain had no energy to consume, it wouldn't shrink, it would stop working. Your brain uses energy for all kinds of involuntary things at all times. If it had no energy source you would stop doing things like breathing and pumping blood.
