Sleep issues really crash my weight loss efforts in May. I lost only 1.8 pounds. I'm not looking back going to just keep pushing forward it's a new month another great 30 days to try to lose at least 6 pounds. I guess I can't expect every month to average over 6 pounds like I have been. It is really true sleep does affect your weight.

I hope you have a fabulous weight loss month. Losing 1.8 pounds is better than having gained or not losing at all so for that I'm happy.
